The guided meditation and any related emails are provided for relaxation, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or benefit. Manifestation, meditation, and self-development practices affect everyone differently, and individual results may vary — including the possibility of no result at all.

Nothing we share is medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please consult a qualified professional before use. Do not listen to the meditation while driving or operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your full attention.

• Your email address, which you provide through the signup form.
• Consent record — the fact that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you did so.
• Campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived through, so we know which video or post sent you. These contain no personal information about you.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about visits to the page (such as page views and aggregate conversion counts). We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.

We use your email address to send you the free meditation and occasional related emails from Luna. We use the consent record to document your permission, and the campaign and analytics data to understand what content brings people here and to improve the page. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use trusted service providers to operate this site and our emails — most notably MailerLite, our email platform, which stores your email address and sends our messages on our behalf, and Vercel, which hosts the site. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email — this stops the emails and withdraws your consent going forward. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor these requests.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

This site and the meditation are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
